Cheyenne, WY, June 18, 2026 PAI3 Network today unveiled its Marketplace vision: a decentralized exchange where Power Node owners will publish three classes of AI infrastructure assets: agents (autonomous workflow operators), AI models, and pre-configured cabinets (fully-wired oracle integrations for systems like EHRs, accounting platforms, and document management). The wider PAI3 community, both Power Node owners and users without a node, will be able to acquire and use those assets. The marketplace will launch following PAI3's Token Generation Event (TGE).

The marketplace addresses a critical bottleneck in professional AI adoption: every Power Node owner currently has to build their own agents, configure their own models, and wire their own oracle integrations from scratch. Connecting an AI workflow to a pediatric EHR via the FHIR oracle, a law firm's document management system, or an accounting platform's API requires deep domain knowledge, knowledge that today lives in the heads of individual operators. The PAI3 Marketplace will let that knowledge be encoded as transferable, NFT-anchored assets (agents, models, and cabinets) that other Power Node operators can acquire on demand.

"We're creating an economy where Power Node owners are the supply side and the demand side is the entire PAI3 community," said Pradeep Goel, CEO of PAI3. "Agents, models, cabinets: these are the building blocks of every AI workflow on the network. Today, every Power Node owner has to build them from scratch. After TGE, when the marketplace goes live, a Power Node owner who has built a great agent or a perfect Office Practicum oracle integration will be able to publish it. Any user who needs that workflow, whether they operate their own Power Node or not, acquires the template and accesses it on the platform."

How it will work

A Power Node owner builds an asset on their own node: it might be an agent (an autonomous workflow combining blocks from the library), an AI model (configured for a specific task), or a pre-configured cabinet (oracle topology + field mappings + sync logic for a particular external system). After TGE, when the marketplace goes live, the operator publishes that asset as a template from their node.

Users acquire templates from the marketplace. Power Node owners acquire assets directly into their own nodes: cabinets are instantiated and irrevocably assigned to the acquiring operator's NFT; agents and models are added to their local catalogue. Users without a Power Node access marketplace assets through the PAI3 platform without needing to operate their own hardware.

In every case, the acquiring user supplies their own credentials at activation. Workflows execute against the user's own data, never the publisher's.

Critically, no credentials or data transfer from the publishing node to the acquiring node. Cabinet templates carry topology, the intelligence of how to connect and transform data, not secrets. Agent templates carry workflow logic, not the data they will process. Model templates carry configuration, not the model weights or the operator's inference inputs. This is enabled by PAI3's credential separation and self-sovereign key architecture, both decoupled at every Power Node.

Why this composes with the rest of the platform

The marketplace is not a standalone product. It is the natural extension of three architectural decisions PAI3 has already shipped. NFT-anchored cabinet ownership (PR-5) provides the unambiguous transfer-of-title primitive. Self-sovereign keys (PR-4) guarantee that buyers' data is never accessible to anyone, including the seller, including PAI3. The block library (PR-6) supplies the 80 AI building blocks that workflows inside marketplace cabinets compose from.

Together, these layers turn a marketplace listing into something more like a sealed product than a license: the buyer owns the cabinet, controls the keys, and assembles their own workflows. The seller monetizes their integration expertise without ever having to operate the buyer's infrastructure.

Who this is built for

Publishers (Power Node owners): Operators who have already done the integration work for their own practice or clients: healthcare IT specialists, accounting consultancies, legal-tech operators, RevOps teams running their own Power Nodes. Build once on your node, publish to the marketplace, earn from every user who acquires your template.

Acquirers (Power Node owners): Operators running their own Power Node who want an operational AI workflow without commissioning a custom integration. Browse from your node, acquire, plug in your own credentials, run locally.

Acquirers (without a Power Node): Users and teams who want access to marketplace assets without operating their own hardware. The PAI3 platform will provide a path to acquire and use marketplace assets in this case as well. Details on the non-owner access model will be announced closer to marketplace launch.

ABOUT PAI3 NETWORK

PAI3 Network is a decentralized personal AI infrastructure platform built around the Power Node, hardware that operators own and operate to run AI workloads on their own data. The PAI3 platform is HIPAA-ready and GDPR-ready by design. Tokens issued in connection with the network are utility tokens used for compute access, governance participation, and ecosystem coordination; they are not financial instruments and no return on investment is implied or promised.
