Pulley clients can visit PulleyClients.com for assistance transitioning equity, debt, SAFEs, options, warrants, shareholder records and corporate documents
NEW YORK, NY - September 17, 2026 – [KOREWIRE] – KoreInside, today announced that it is extending immediate support to companies affected by the planned shutdown of Pulley, the cap table management platform used by startups, founders, and finance teams.
Pulley announced this week that it is winding down and will cease operations and services on December 8, 2026. The announcement leaves thousands of companies facing an unexpected and time-sensitive decision about where and how to preserve their ownership records, shareholder information, vesting schedules, securities agreements and supporting corporate documents.
To provide Pulley clients with a direct path to assistance, KoreInside has launched PulleyClients.com. Affected companies can also contact KoreInside’s dedicated transition team at pulley@kore.inc.
KoreInside is inviting Pulley clients to explore its comprehensive cap table and shareholder infrastructure as an alternative destination for their corporate and securities records. KoreInside provides its core Cap Table, Portfolio and Document Management applications free of charge.
“Founders place an extraordinary amount of trust in their cap table provider,” said Oscar A. Jofre, Co-founder and CEO of KoreInside. “A cap table contains much more than a list of shareholders. It represents the complete ownership history of a company, including the securities issued, the rights attached to them, vesting schedules, investment records and the documents supporting every transaction. When a provider shuts down, protecting that information and maintaining continuity must become an immediate priority.”
More Than a Cap Table
KoreInside has provided cap table management infrastructure to companies and their shareholders around the world for 10 years. Its integrated applications allow companies to manage multiple types of securities and ownership instruments, including:
● Common and preferred shares
● Membership interests and other equity securities
● Debt and convertible debt
● SAFEs and other convertible instruments
● Employee and advisor options
● Warrants
● Vesting schedules
● Shareholder and stakeholder records
● Securities-related corporate documents
The KoreInside Cap Table provides companies with a centralized record of their authorized, issued and outstanding securities. It is designed to help management teams understand who owns the company, what securities have been issued and how future conversions, exercises and issuances may affect ownership.
Every shareholder can also receive access to KoreInside’s Portfolio application, allowing the shareholder to securely view and manage the securities. This creates a connected environment in which the company maintains its official ownership records while shareholders maintain visibility into their individual holdings.
KoreInside’s Document Management application provides a centralized location for maintaining the agreements and supporting records connected with a company’s securities, helping organizations preserve the documentation behind the entries appearing on their cap table.
“Pulley clients are facing a significant transition, but they should not have to face it alone,” said Peter Daneyko, Chief Revenue Officer of KoreInside. “Our team is ready to work with founders, finance teams, lawyers and corporate administrators to help them understand what records must be preserved and how KoreInside can support their company and shareholders. We have spent 10 years building infrastructure that can grow with a company, from its first securities issuance through multiple financings and an increasingly complex shareholder base.”
Pulley Clients Should Protect Their Records Now
KoreInside encourages every company currently using Pulley to export and securely preserve its complete records as soon as possible, regardless of which replacement provider it ultimately selects.
Companies should download and retain:
● The complete cap table and stakeholder register
● Share classes and their respective rights
● Historical securities issuances and transactions
● Option, warrant and vesting schedules
● Employee and advisor grant information
● SAFE and convertible note records
● Signed subscription and securities purchase agreements
● Option, restricted stock and equity award agreements
● Board and shareholder resolutions and consents
● Valuation reports and supporting documents
● Certificates, ledgers and transaction histories
● Any other records that may not be included in a standard data export
These records should be reviewed against the company’s original legal documents before being entered into a new system. A software migration does not replace the need to confirm that the resulting cap table accurately reflects the company’s authorized and legally issued securities.
“This should not be viewed as simply moving information from one software platform to another,” Jofre added. “It is an opportunity for every affected company to verify its ownership records, reconcile each security against the underlying documentation and establish an infrastructure that can remain with the company throughout its entire lifecycle.”
Built for the Full Company Lifecycle
KoreInside’s infrastructure extends beyond maintaining a static capitalization table. Companies can use the broader KoreInside ecosystem as their requirements evolve, including support for shareholder communications, investor onboarding, securities issuance, compliance workflows, portfolio management, distributions and transfer agent connectivity.
The infrastructure supports private companies at different stages of development, from initial founder capitalization and early financing rounds through larger private offerings and more complex shareholder environments.
KoreInside’s free core applications include:
Cap Table Management: A comprehensive record of the company’s equity, debt, SAFEs, options, warrants and other securities.
Shareholder Portfolio Management: Individual portfolio access through KoreID, enabling shareholders to view the securities and holdings associated with them.
Document Management: Centralized storage and organization of corporate, shareholder and securities-related records.
Companies requiring additional functionality can access KoreInside’s broader suite of applications and integrated services as their financing, compliance and shareholder-management needs expand.

A Direct Invitation to Pulley Clients
KoreInside is extending an open invitation to Pulley clients, their legal counsel, finance teams and corporate administrators to review the KoreInside infrastructure and discuss their transition requirements.
Companies should begin the process well before Pulley’s December 8, 2026 shutdown date to allow sufficient time for data exports, document collection, reconciliation, setup and verification.
“Companies should never feel trapped because a technology provider is shutting down,” said Jofre. “Your company owns its records. Your shareholders depend on those records. KoreInside is ready to help companies preserve that information and move forward with confidence.”
